We use special milk made from 100% freshly milked cow's milk, with an emphasis on freshness. The custard pudding is baked to be as smooth as possible, yet light.
It is also topped with our signature red bean paste, made from the ultimate azuki beans, “Tokachi Ichikaratto,” and produced using a special process to minimize the flow of flavor into the boiling water, pursuing flavor, texture, and aroma.
